This is education which provides freedom,

  •  To make J.P.College Narayanpur one of the most creative, innovative and prosperous colleges of T.M.B.University,Bhagalpur,
    located at Narayanpur, Bhagalpur a rural and backward belt of the Bhagalpur district in Bihar.

So it can be remarked that this college is able to fulfill the needs of this backward area as an indispensable unit of T.M.B.U.Bhagalpur.

Mission:

    education and to make the students self-confident, self-reliant, self-sufficient , responsible and capable citizen.

 To change the traditional outlook and to promote the scientific enthusiasm among the students so that they can be free from
all negative dogmas of the society.

 The college is much eager to promote advanced technology like Internet, BBA,  BCA etc.to relate the students with the
economic activities generated by modernization and urbanization.
